One leader. Two worlds. Work and home.
Leadership has to work in both places. Most leadership coaching ends at the office door, and most parenting advice ignores the demands of work. Real life does not separate them. You end a demanding day and walk into your second high-stakes role: parenting.
Nobody gives you a playbook for either job.
And the challenges echo. At work, it’s resistance, politics, and tough conversations. At home, it’s pushback, big feelings, and power struggles. In both places, the question is the same: how do you lead without losing yourself or your relationships?
What I do…
I’m a leadership coach with a twist: I coach women leaders who are parents.
I help you lead effectively at work and parent with confidence at home, especially during high-stakes transitions.
Why you should work with me
I help executive leaders who are parents strengthen communication, navigate conflict, and lead more effectively at work and at home.
I’m a strengths-based coach with a PhD in Child and Adolescent Development, and I’m a certified California conflict mediator. I spent 15 years in a senior leadership role leading large initiatives and teams, and I did it while raising two kids and maintaining a loving marriage.
I know what it’s like when work is loud, home is louder, and you’re trying to hold it all together.
